Account Operations Manager
Sarah Laratonda serves solely to make the lives of our clients easier through serving them with any and every service request that may arise. Sarah also works closely with Jay and Jim to integrate the plans they architect by facilitating a seamless on-boarding experience for each of our new clients. Sarah exemplifies the “service before self” vision of the team by being a mom of two and by leveraging her extensive experience as a social worker. This experience puts her in a position to provide an excellent client experience. When she is not in the office, Sarah is active in her church and local community, coaching and volunteering for a local soccer club, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Sarah resides in Somersworth, NH with her two children, Lucy and Rocco.
